Our Story

Whitedot Search Partners is a culmination of over a decade long journey and vision. After several years of leadership roles at a Big 4 management consulting firm, it became apparent to our managing partner that there was a gap in the market for an end-to-end people focussed talent advisory firm.

Whitedot has been an integral part of talent advisory across all levels of recruitment and has a strong repertoire spanning several industries. This breadth and depth of experience was vital in identifying the key areas of improvement and growth in the talent advisory space.

This was the beginning of Whitedot. The firm is built on the core values of quality, reliability and transparency, and has a strong focus on bringing professionalism and an international standard to talent advisory in India and the Middle East.

Over time, the firm has evolved into a multi-vertical and pan-industry end-to-end talent advisory firm with its trusted client base and vast global candidate network

George has held leadership roles across his decade long international career at a Big 4 consulting firm. He has immersed himself in the entire recruitment process and has garnered experience in talent advisory and recruitment across levels, industries and geographies.

His extensive experience  has inculcated  in him the ability to innately understand client requirements, build long lasting relationships and bring an international standard to recruitment. George brings his keen understanding of people, candour and high degree of professionalism to the firm.

Seeing a need in the market for  an end-to-end recruitment and talent advisory firm with an international reach, George shifted base to India from the Middle East and started Whitedot Search Partners in 2019. He was keen to build a firm that added value by ensuring  that each mandate was given  enough attention at his end with a multi tiered approach that looked at the cultural fit in addition to skills and experience and we are proud to say that his vision is well underway.
